11th August 2015

In 2013 we published our thematic review of the Health and Safety Division (HSD) of COPFS and we made 38 recommendations designed to improve the efficiency of HSD and reduce the age profile of health and safety cases. In this follow-up review we will assess the progress the Crown have made in implementing the recommendations and improving processes in HSD.
