HM Inspectorate of Prosecution in Scotland has a complement of five staff – the Chief Inspector, an Assistant Inspector of Prosecution, a Legal Inspector, a Business Inspector and a Personal Assistant. The Legal Inspector is currently seconded from COPFS; the remaining staff are employed by the Scottish Government.
